Parallyx

Parallyx is a modern French-Moroccan metalcore band formed in Paris in 2023 by lead vocalist and frontwoman Lina Bay. The band quickly made a name for itself in the heavy music scene by blending crushing djent-infused riffs, powerful breakdown-heavy dynamics, and atmospheric electronic elements with deeply personal lyrics performed in both English and Arabic. Driven by Bay's unique perspective on breaking cultural stereotypes, Parallyx's intense visual identity and high-energy performances have propelled them onto prominent French metal festival stages, including Festival 666 and Xtreme Fest, establishing them as a rising force in modern metalcore.
