Pattyo

Pattyo is an American rapper and audio engineer born in Chicago, Illinois. He draws inspiration from the city’s legendary hip-hop scene as well as the influential rap wave of the 2010s. He began releasing tracks on SoundCloud during middle school, but fully committed to pursuing a music career in his senior year of high school. In 2024, he independently released his debut full-length mixtape "Why Not Me?" across all major streaming platforms, establishing his arrival as a driven new talent. That fall, he announced his first ever tour, "The Day Trippin' Tour", which featured self-run shows across the US from Denver to Buffalo. This year sparked the start of a breakthrough for Pattyo, earning him recognition through standout freestyles on the local iLLANOiZE Radio — including a performance over “Overnight Celebrity” that captured the attention of Twista himself — and two additional freestyles with the University of Illinois’ Campus Culture. Paired with consistent high energy live performances, Pattyo continues to build his reputation as one of the most exciting emerging voices from the Chicago area.
