Artist bio
PHRASING is a Dutch hard rock/metal band with a hard-on for heavy riffs and melodic hooks. After rocking venues and festivals as an 80s rock/metal cover band, in 2018 they started working on original material and continued as Phrasing. With varied musical backgrounds, their sound incorporates funky bass lines, technical metal drums, original riffage and ballsy female vocals. Some of our highlights so far include playing the aftershow in AFAS Live, supporting Five Finger Death Punch and Ice Nine Kills, and recently headlining the Surfrock 2026 festival.
