Artist bio
Hailing from Guelph, Ontario, Canada, The Royal Few is a dynamic five-piece rock ensemble that embodies the spirit of modern rock music. Led by the powerful vocals of Stephanie Flemming, the band's sound is further elevated by the incendiary lead guitar work of Scott Keane, the pulsing rhythm guitar and bass lines of John McGonigal, and the driving drums and vocals of Mark Pettipiere.

By seamlessly blending blues-infused riffs, infectious hooks, and commanding vocals, The Royal Few crafts a distinctive sound that is both raw and refined. Their live performances are a testament to their musical chemistry and passion, delivering high-energy shows that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression. Drawing inspiration from rock legends and contemporary influences, The Royal Few's music is both timeless and refreshingly modern, with a focus on crafting memorable songs that resonate with fans across generations.

Scott - Lead Guitar
Scott Keane is a seasoned rock lead guitarist with a distinctive playing style that blends Western energy with Eastern musical sensibilities, developed during a decade living and working in China. A skilled music teacher and musician, Scott brings a deep understanding of music theory and improvisation to his playing, characterized by soaring solos and intricate arrangements. Now based in Canada, Scott brings his global perspective and expertise to The Royal Few, re-establishing himself in the rock scene and captivating a new generation of fans.

John - Rhythm Guitar/Bass
John McGonigal brings a wealth of creative depth to The Royal Few as the band's rhythm guitarist. A multifaceted artist at heart, John's passion for music is matched only by his enthusiasm for the visual arts, and he is an accomplished photographer in his own right. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of texture, light, and composition, John's photography has captured the essence of the music scene, while his guitar work provides the perfect rhythmic counterpoint to The Royal Few's dynamic sound. When not touring or recording with the band, John can often be found behind the lens, capturing the beauty in the world around him.
