Felíz

Felíz Torralba is a Tucson-based vocalist, pianist, bandleader, and producer whose music lives at the intersection of jazz, Latin music, soul, and the great American songbook.
Known for an expressive, intimate vocal style and a love of songs that tell a story, Felíz moves easily from Ella Fitzgerald and classic standards to Mexican boleros, Broadway, soul, and contemporary artists. Her performances range from stripped-down piano and vocals to full-band productions built around distinctive musical concepts.
Her original concert programs include Ella on Congress, Broadway Standards, A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, The Great American Heartbreak Songbook, Future Standards, and the holiday show Feliz Navidad.
Based in Southern Arizona and performing with an evolving roster of exceptional musicians, Felíz creates shows that feel sophisticated without being precious, nostalgic without getting stuck in the past, and always centered around a really good song.
