Celebrate the changing of the seasons with an evening of movement, music, and community. As the Autumnal Equinox invites us into a season of balance, reflection, and letting go, join us for a nourishing 90-minute practice with live music by The Song Gardeners designed to help you transition gracefully into fall.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute slow-flow vinyasa practice, moving mindfully through grounding sequences that cultivate strength, mobility, and ease. Then we’ll settle into 30 minutes of deeply restorative yoga, allowing the body and nervous system to soften into stillness.
Throughout the practice, The Song Gardeners—an award-winning singer-songwriter duo—will weave in their warm, soulful music, creating an immersive soundtrack for movement, rest, and reflection.

Known for their positive, empowering “music with a message” and chill groove vibe, The Song Gardeners (Corrie Dunn and Mary Gospe) have earned multiple top chart positions and awards since releasing their first singles in 2020. Corrie and Mary are each singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists whose voices meld into glorious harmonies. The duo have established themselves at the forefront of the growing New Age Pop / Conscious Music genre.
Their debut album, People Passing Through, was named Best New Age Music Album 2021 by New Age Music Guide. Their second album, Sonic Landscape, won Best New Age Vocal Album in the 2025 New Age Notes Radio Music Awards. The band will be releasing their third album in 2027.
