MOKA

Formed in 2014 between Rome and Frascati, MOKA started as a tribute to Pink Floyd but quickly evolved into creating original music. Our sound blends '70s psychedelia with modern post-rock and ambient influences, resulting in a unique and immersive experience.

During the 2020 lockdown, we delved into electronic music, transforming our style with Ableton Live, loops, and sequences. We also draw inspiration from iconic Italian composers like Ennio Morricone and Nino Rota, merging cinematic elements with our rock and ambient roots.

Now performing as a quartet, our live shows in Rome and beyond feature innovative electronic rhythms and evolving soundscapes, always maintaining our experimental essence.
