Cost: £15 per person (plus Eventbrite booking fee).
What you need to bring: A yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket, or a sleeping bag (as you will be lying down for the duration of the session). You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.
Commencing with a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath featuring the healing sounds from handmade Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, Koshi wind chimes, and other instruments.
Please note that these sound baths at The Jubilee Community Centre will all feature the use of slowly swirling ‘nebula’ light projections on the ceiling to make for a more immersive experience in sound and light. As such, if you are photosensitive, please consider bringing a blindfold to wear.
