Listening to Peruvian pianist and composer Sergio Díaz De Rojas feels like waking up with soft sunlight on your face. His songs are raw yet soft, like terracotta and honey, and flow through the world like a tranquil river.

With over twenty million streams worldwide, several concerts around Europe and South America, and collaborations with record labels such as Deutsche Grammophon, 7K! and LEITER Verlag, Sergio’s second full-length album Muerte en una tarde de verano was released on the 10th of March 2023 via Nettwerk Music Group. The release was accompanied by a forty-minute-long film, two handcrafted vinyl editions, an exclusive CD edition for Japan, a collaboration with American singer-songwriter Lo-Fang, and a European release tour.

As the seasons shift and the world grows quieter, Sergio prepares to unveil his third album: Forgotten Fragments, a delicate mosaic of sound capturing the fleeting beauty of creation. Born from quiet improvisations and rediscovered voice memos, these shy yet emotive pieces reflect Sergio’s deepening bond with his new piano and his desire to give life to moments that nearly slipped away.
