Artist bio
hemlock is the alt-folk, "phone-fi", Louisiana-anchored project of Carolina Chauffe, whose song-a-day practice turns life’s smallest moments into stirring, intimate compositions. hemlock’s music leans into imperfection, guided by a “first thought, best thought” ethos that invites listeners into a world both deeply personal and universally felt. With deep DIY roots and a reverence for the natural world, hemlock continues to evolve—humble, headstrong, and ever in bloom.
