Holding Poison

Holding Poison are a five-piece alternative rock band from Essex, featuring Matt (vocals/guitar), Jack (lead guitar), Joe (drums), Alex (bass) and Georgie (vocals).

Formed in 2020, the band combine heavy guitars, melodic hooks and layered male/female vocals, drawing influence from alternative and modern rock. Their recent releases It All Dies and Change It All were mixed by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro), with It All Dies receiving national radio support from Kerrang! Radio.

With new single Knew I Couldn't Have You arriving in September 2026, Holding Poison continue to build on their sound both on record and live.
