THE POLIS

The Police ruled the Airwaves from 1978 to 1984 with a staggering 15 Top 40 Singles and massive Worldwide Record Sales with just 5 Albums. Their distinctive Bottle Blonde look and unique "New Wave" Sound, an unlikely fusion of Punk Rock, Reggae, Pop and Jazz even, caught a Post Disco UK Audience totally by surprise and propelled the band on a meteoric rise to become the World's Biggest Touring Band of the early 80's before an eventual split at the top of their game in 1986. The Fans waited and finally in 2007 their patience was rewarded, when The Police reformed for a massive 150 date World Tour but a reunion and new material? Sadly No. Enter The Polis........ Since recently returning to a "true to the original" 3-Man Line-up, The Polis are truly The UK's most Authentic Police Tribute with Venues and Fans alike starting to pay close attention to "Every Move They Make". Performing a "Blisteringly Authentic" Live Set of Classic Police Singles, B-sides and Iconic, Live Arrangements, The Polis aim to show why they are one of the UK's "must see" Tribute Acts in 2026. This is definitely not a carefully choreographed, Over-Polished Set tailored for a "bums on seats" crowd. This is 3 Life-long Fans, artfully celebrating their love of The Police, who'll drag you back to the 70/80s, out of your seats and deliver a Sucker Punch of Raw Energy & Nostalgia straight to the gut!
