Com membros das bandas Thirsty of Hate, Last Sigh, Othersame, Heartdrawer e From the Kings, diretamente de Curitiba, Brasil, Declive traz consigo um convite a debater o existencialismo com uma personalidade fria, como a essência da cidade que inspira cada nota tocada e cada vocal cru.
