MUCO

Muco is a singer, songwriter and composer whose work feels like a conversation across centuries. Of British-Burundian heritage, his music is shaped by a deep love of language and storytelling, and by a curiosity about how voices from the past can still speak clearly in the present. Rather than treating history as something fixed behind glass, Muco approaches it as living material, ready to be handled, reshaped and shared again. At Deer Shed, Muco offers something quietly transporting. Expect a performance that rewards close listening, honours historical voices, and makes them feel vividly present — intimate, thoughtful, and unlike anything else you’ll hear all weekend.
