Petros Tampouris is a Greek composer and performer specializing in ancient Greek and traditional Mediterranean music. He is the creator of ORIGINS – Ancient Greek Music Experience, a live performance in Athens that brings together ancient Greek instruments, voice, percussion, mythology and atmospheric visual projections.Presented in Plaka, near the Acropolis, ORIGINS offers visitors an intimate evening of live music inspired by ancient Greek culture, myth and memory. The performance is designed for international audiences looking for live music in Athens, things to do near the Acropolis, and an authentic cultural experience in Greece.
