Metro

Perfectly upbeat for alternative fans and just right for mainstream fans, that's the band everyo-ne needed: Metro.
Warsaw-based band that focus on charisma, authenticity and the power of their message - both musically and visually. Despite their young age, they have a clear idea of themselves. They draw only good patterns from the past, but they are interested in the future and in writing still better and better songs. And these have already been appreciated by Radio 357, Radio Afera and Polish Radio 3 ("Na Balkonie" reached the top of the charts there, and thanks to listeners' votes became the Polish single of the year 2024 of the "Rotacja" programme; in April 2025 the band played a concert at Agnieszka Osiecka's studio). Metro was also nominated for Gazeta Wyborcza's award, Sanki 2025.
In the spring, the group played alongside Myslovitz at the Centennial Hall in Wroclaw, War-saw's Stodola and Gdansk's Stary Maneż among others. Their performance at Next Fest Music Schowcase & Conference in Poznań (April 2025) was considered one of the best concerts of the event. This summer they played at the Jarocin Festival, OFF Festival and Open’Er among others.
Metro have already had the opportunity to talk about their work and future plans in interviews with Interia Muzyka, Radio Rzeszow, Radio 357 and Teleexpress.
So far they have two EPs to their credit (“Stella”/ 2022 and “Metro”/ 2023). They are currently working on their debut album.
