Stone Sober

Stone Sober is a Hungarian psychedelic garage rock drum and guitar duo founded in 2021. The duo's unique sound is reflected in their raw and straight to the point approach, riff-driven heavy grooves, freaky vocal sounds both male and female, and occasionally unusual time signatures. Their flared trousers and extraordinary outfits really reflect the
70’s vibe and atmosphere. With three LPs already released the duo still writes their music with boundless pursuit and creativity. And this drive is well awarded in the past years with opportunities such as being the support band for Wolfmother, as well as the nomination for HEMI Music Award in 2023. They also performed at the greatest venues in Hungary, like A38, House of Hungarian Music, Dürer Kert, Akvárium Klub, etc. In 2023 the band has released it’s first LP, called Sainted Mash, and in 2024 Live @ SZIMPLA and Freaky Lo-Fi Hits were released as well. To do a favor to the collectors, and vintage lovers, the albums were released on cassette as well, and the vinyl is coming this Autumn.
