FANGS on FUR founded by F–GIRL and F-BOY,
Burst into existence in Hollywood California in April of 2006.
FOF has had several releases including a self titled album nominated
best album of the year by two scene centric publications and stealing
away with a win. FOF has since featured a host of members who have
played in Christian Death, UK Subs, Original Sinners, Street Trash,
the Leaving Trains and Chinatown and the XXX.
Fangs on Fur continues to blaze a path of pure intention to make an indelible stain on
the post punk scene. The sound is marked by its own brand of Spaghetti Western influenced
guitar, coupled with rock heavy tribal rhythms, topping the mix are F-Girl’s Angst fueled
vocals. Fangs on Fur creates a new sonic landscape that calls to the masses to become one
with your primal self. While indulging in 80’s post punk era sound and vibes, Fangs on Fur
manages to maintain their own personal identity and challenges the audience to join the
bands push forward into the savage future of music.
The long awaited CD “FOF” (May of ‘09) was met with enthusiasm at it’ s pre release at the
Wave–Gotik–Trffen festival in Leipzig Germany, where it was sold out in minutes and is now
in it’s second pressing. FOF has toured Europe several times and supported such acts as
Killing Joke, Rubella Ballet, Theatre of Hate, Specimen,TSOL, and The Horror Pops, to name
a few. FOF is currently preparing for their 4th European tour in the fall of 2024
to coincide with the release of their new album “Digital Witchcraft”.

FOF brings an element of danger back to music with a message of defiance and a raw
powerful energy that sparks the imagination of the audience. An ancient voice for the
modern age, an echo of instincts lost to time but forever in the blood.
