Original music & folk songs to welcome the season of Winter, in the celebration of Halloween. A blend of old and new.
The time of Samhain or Halloween is quite literally the shift from the 'light half' of the year to the 'dark half' of the year. This is a time when for ages people felt a need to actively provide communal warmth to keep the looming cold and darkness at bay. In our offering 'Songs for Samhain,' we vow to do just that.
Along with the wonderfully dark and ethereal folk duo, Joshua Arnold and Therine, and the young maestro violinist, Egan Stonier, we, Nastee Chapel, will take you on a journey from Darkness to Light to start Winter with a steadfast sense that everything will be alright.
So come one, come all, bring your whole clan, from small to tall, and join us for a night to scare away the fright of Winter's 'supposed' might!

Artist bio
Nastee Chapel are building a bridge that connects our folk history to our modern era. Formed in 2019, the two core members, Natalie and Steve, have brought their love for traditional British, Irish and Appalachian folk, sweetened it with a little bluegrass and country influence and then poured in ideas from their eclectic musical backgrounds to create an innovative sound that will tickle the tastebuds of music maestros and casual listeners alike. Foot stomping beats, driving riffs and heart wrenching melodies combine to create a cocophony of sounds for every mood.
