Artist bio
Regina Ferguson was born into a family of eleven children in Pennsylvania and later found her roots in South Carolina. Drawing from the sounds that surrounded her, including classic country, Southern rock, and Americana, those influences took hold and continued to evolve after she moved to Los Angeles, where she began carving out her own voice as both a songwriter and artist. Settling in Topanga Canyon, a hillside community outside Los Angeles with a rich folk-rock and western heritage, Regina's sound echos that spirit, her show is dynamic and her songs are "always nestled in a bedrock of rollicking folk-rock sensibilities and smooth lead vocals." (Wide Open Country)

Her 2023 debut Fortune, drew a five-star review from Country Music People Magazine, which wrote that it "plainly proves that Regina Ferguson deserves to be a name as well known in alt-country as Margo Price or Sierra Ferrell." Regina says she aims to make "timeless music in the most authentic way", which is why Fortune was recorded fully analog and released as a AAA vinyl. The analog mastering was done by Kevin Gray, who mastered over 100 top ten albums. Fortune with produced by Matt Linesch in Los Angeles also features notable musicians including Griffin Goldsmith of Dawes on drums.

Regina backs up her acclaim on stage too, earning an official showcase at AMERICANAFEST in Nashville in 2024, headlining a sold-out show at Aviator Nation Dreamland in Malibu, playing main stage sets at Topanga Days Festival, Grand Ole Echo in Los Angeles, and Wildlands Festival in Montana alongside James McMurtry and Lord Huron, and opened for The Wallflowers at a sold-out show in San Diego.

Her upcoming sophomore album was also recorded analog with Grammy-nominated producer Jonathan Wilson in Topanga, whose credits span Father John Misty, Billy Strings, Margo Price, Angel Olsen, Dawes, Roger Waters, and Jackson Browne, and who also plays drums on the album. The sessions brought together Grammy-winning fiddler Gabe Witcher, bassist Gabe Noel, pianist and multi-instrumentalist Aaron Embry, known for his work with Willie Nelson and Elliott Smith, and Ben Peeler, founding member of The Mavericks and longtime collaborator of Shelby Lynne and Jakob Dylan. It's due in late 2026, with a tour to follow.
