Formerly known as Subterranean masquerade, Submasq is the continuation of an everlasting musical transformation, reincarnating throughout 6 records of Metal with deep influences of world music inspired by the east.

Hailing from Israel, Submasq provided the world of Prog a unique sound during the last 20 years, touring the world and binding east and west, creating records that fuse American and Scandinavian rock and metal, with Indian, Jewish and Middle Eastern music.


Their rich sound and festive performance had led them to the spotlights as one of Israel’s spearheads of Rock and Prog Metal. Each album, released worldwide by boutique record labels, tells a story of a spiritual vagabond spirit enhanced by Distortions and the vitality of Rock’n’Roll.
