Kaizers Orchestra blasted out of the basement 25 years ago with their groundbreaking debut album, “Ompa til du dør” (2001). Blending rock, cabaret, and Eastern European influences, they embarked on a unique musical journey that captivated audiences in their native Norway.

With a distinctive lineup featuring oil barrels, a pump organ, a stand-up bass, and electric guitars, Kaizers Orchestra is a rock ’n’ roll powerhouse unlike any other. The mesmerizing front man, Janove Ottesen, leads the charge with high-energy performances and a theatrical universe filled with intriguing characters. Despite singing in Norwegian, their music quickly resonated with a global audience, building a loyal following that transcended Norway’s borders.

From their 2003 album “Evig Pint” to the ambitious “Violeta Violeta” trilogy (2010–2012), Kaizers Orchestra consistently pushed musical boundaries while delivering unforgettable live shows. However, true legends never fade, and in 2022 Kaizers Orchestra announced their long-awaited return, and consequently sold out all 56 shows in 15 minutes.
