Myers/Watson/Forsyth has been called "The Olympic Peninsula's premier jazz trio" (The Quilcene Lantern). Now playing at Cellar Cat every second Saturday. Artist bio
Jonas Myers is a musician, writer, teacher, bicycle wanderer, and proud lifelong Cascadian. In his twenties, he gained recognition in Seattle as a jazz pianist, composer, and bandleader. His group the Walking Hat Trio played a KNKX Studio Session in 2019. For several years he was a regular performer at the Canlis piano bar. In 2020, he released his debut album, Driving Home, featuring a nine-piece ensemble. In 2021, he moved to Corvallis, OR, where he earned his MFA in creative writing at Oregon State University.
