RIOPY

A guided journey inviting deep listening to your breath, body, and RIOPY's music. Move through heat, cold, and stillness as your senses awaken and your awareness widens. This experience celebrates RIOPY's landmark fifth album, "Be Love," where he will guide us through breathwork and meditation in the sauna set to his music. We will conclude with an interactive discussion with RIOPY in the tea room, offering insight into his creative process and how sound can support presence, vagal tone and emotional release. Moments from our guided experience will be captured on film. Expect our experience with RIOPY to include a sauna to sweat, ice bath to drop-in, towel waving, aromatherapy, music paired with meditation and a Q&A.
