Golden Gate Bandshell Concerts presented by San Francisco Recreation and Parks Dept. & Illuminate LIVE. Concerts are free of charge and take place at the Spreckels Temple of Music in the Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park. There is no intermission. Bench seating, standing and lawn, Food Trucks.

In 2026 The Hyperdrive Kittens hit the road in support of Single releases and a special 7” hot pink vinyl drop in August with West Coast tour dates in Pacific Northwest and Southern California.
Described in the 90's as charming deviates, The infamous Outpunk label released their second 7" with Rock N' Roll Drag Queen and Addiction, with additional compilations released on Munster Records. Back then, the Kittens played mostly in San Francisco at clubs including DNA Lounge, Paradise Lounge, Nightbreak & 6th Street Rendezvous, often sharing the stage with bands like the White Trash Debutantes, Screaming Bloody Marys and Pansy Division.
The Kittens perform now all over the San Francisco Bay Area at favorite Bay Area Festivals and Venues including Haight Street Fair, North Beach Festival, Reno Punk Rock Flea Market, Minor Chord Record Showcase at 924 Gilman Street and played support dates for Dolly Rots, Go Betty Go and an epic Bottom of the Hill show with Southern Culture On The Skids.
