Omar Cook is a best-selling author, award-winning filmmaker, actor, musician, and visionary media entrepreneur dedicated to reshaping the narrative of Black culture through powerful storytelling and community impact. A former collegiate and professional football player, he transitioned into entertainment as a motion capture actor for the Madden NFL series and has appeared in over 40 episodes of major shows like Ballers (HBO), All American (The CW), and Colin in Black & White (Netflix).

As Founder and CEO of 247 Live Culture, a global media company based in Los Angeles, Omar leads an award-winning film division, a 7-show podcast network, a Black-Owned Business Directory, PR services, and community events like the Leimert Park Music Series. He has earned 31 international film awards for projects including LA Undercover, Sounds of the Streets, SKANDALOUZ, and Coke Boys. His inspirational EP, Destined For Greatness, reflects his commitment to purpose-driven creativity. Omar is also a passionate speaker and advocate, known for civic engagement work alongside national leaders and authoring impactful books like Civic Empowerment: A Citizen’s Guide to Effective Participation in Government.
