Artist bio
The Rogers Family originated in Northeast Georgia where Ray & Helen Rogers, and their daughter, Kim, sang in churches with Kim playing the piano. Kim met Sammy Shields at a church in North Carolina, and they married in 1999. They have three children: Rebekah, Samuel, & Hannah.
The family now resides in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Ray passed away in 2010, and now the kids do most of the singing, although Kim and Helen still enjoy singing with the family as well. The Rogers Family is blessed to carry on the tradition of southern gospel music.
