Anna Hauss

With her acoustic indie soul and crystal-clear songwriting, the Berlin-based singer and guitarist Anna Hauss touches everyone who has a soft spot for profound songs. In her groove-accentuated, thoughtful songs, that are carried by her great voice, she is able to whisper deeply and float soprano bright.
Anna was born in Berlin and grew up in an artistic household. Whilst studying jazz at Leipzig conservatory, she gained notoriety as the front-woman for the band Still in the Woods, who went on to tour internationally. After completing her studies, she co-composed and performed a song for the Netflix series ‚The Queen's Gambit‘, which gained her fans around the globe and an Emmy nomination. On 29.09.23 she released her first critically acclaimed solo album 'how long is now'.
