OCEANS Official Biography
“OCEANS could easily be the next big thing.” – Blabbermouth
Since 2018, Germany’s OCEANS have fused death metal, nu metal, and post-rock into a sound that’s as heavy as it is emotionally raw. Their music tackles mental health with brutal honesty and zero compromise.
From their debut The Sun And The Cold (2020) to WE ARE NØT OKAY (2021), Hell Is Where The Heart Is (2022), and HAPPY (2024), the band has built a reputation for intensity and authenticity. Tours with Septicflesh, Blind Channel, and PAIN, plus appearances at some of Europe’s biggest metal festivals like Graspop and Full Force, have made them one of the scene’s most promising names.
With their new EP WE ARE NØT OKAY II (2025), OCEANS take the next step — louder, darker, and more fearless than ever.
