Stabe Wilson Biography
Passionate, soul-stirring, and eclectic, Stabe Wilson's musical journey began in Oakland, California, where he discovered his love for the saxophone at the age of ten. By eleven, he was captivating audiences at his father's church. Stabe honed his craft at Chabot Community College, College of Alameda, and San Francisco State University, where he studied under legendary jazz pianist Bill Bell. His diverse influences include traditional jazz saxophonists, blues legends, and gospel greats. Stabe has performed with renowned artists such as Branford Marsalis, Jonathan Butler, Jonathan Butler, Billy Preston, and The Hawkins Family. Leading the Stabe Wilson Band, he has played at major festivals and events across California. His accolades include Saxophonist of the Year by both the West Coast Blues Hall of Fame and the National Gospel Academy. Stabe's new single, "One Love," introduces Infinitive Vibes, an indie music collective, and showcases his soulful saxophone in a lush, romantic melody.
