About this concert
You are warmly invited for a sweet Saturday afternoon session of yin yoga with live music and poetry guided by Jeska.
In yin yoga we hold postures for a longer time to invite a deeper relaxation in the tissues of the body. Yin is a grounding practice to release tension and connect with the whispers of your body, mind and soul.
Jeska will guide each yin yoga session with her voice and other calming instruments. Intuitive sounds, song and poetry will support you in a deeper release and relaxation.
The session will take place on Saturday the 13th of December in the beautiful yoga space of Yogahauschen in Aachen from 15h30-17h00.
Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience is needed to participate. Spots are limited to 20 participants to ensure a spacious and relaxed environment.

Jeska Onderwater is an artist, singer-songwriter, poet,
yoga teacher, creative workshop & ceremony leader from the Netherlands. Fascinated by the beauty of the natural world, the magic of creative expression and the mysterious journey of life she writes music from and for the heart.
Her music is mostly enjoyed in an intimate setting for an attentive audience, bringing the listener into a relaxed state of mind and opening up the space of the heart.
After the successful release of Jeska's debut album 'All Is One' in 2019, she released her second studio album titled 'The Circle of Remembrance’ in September 2023.
