Tamperelainen Torchia julistaa noitavaroituksen syysloman Stage 13-keikkaillassa. Torchian synkkä ja viheliäinen melodic death metal yhdistelee uljaita kitaramelodioita ankaraan äärimetalliin sekä kelmeään tarinankerrontaan. Yhtye valmistelee paraikaa neljättä albumiaan ja saapuu lokakuussa studion syövereistä harvinaiselle ikärajattomalle keikalle.
Torchia on niittänyt mainetta vauhdikkailla live-esiintymisillään niin Suomessa kuin ulkomaillakin. Mystistä näytöstä johtaa naamioitu keulahahmo Nox, joka yhtyeineen kutsuu teidät kirottuun tanssiin.
Lauteet lämmittelee nokialaisista nuorista koostuva Miasma. Miasma on nelihenkinen, suhteellisen melodinen death metal orkesteri. Miasman oman tuotannon kappaleille ominaista ovat tykitys, rummut ja tremolo riffit.

Torchia Biography
Torchia from Tampere, Finland have been refining their dark and aggressive blend of melodic death metal since their inception in the early 2010s. By actively touring both Finland and abroad, Torchia has gained reputation for their explosive live shows, spearheaded by their masked front figure Nox.
When it comes to ‘melodic death metal’, Torchia places strong emphasis on ‘death’, both musically and thematically. Songwriter and guitarist Ville Riitamaa writes desperate tales of sorrow and mythology into Torchia’s own dark fantasy.
The band’s 2017 debut ‘Of Curses and Grief’ got praised for its thrash influenced old school melodeath. Since their debut, Torchia has evolved a darker and more modern sound while staying true to their death metal roots.
The band’s third album ‘Arcane Magicae’ continues the path of guitar driven extreme metal while expanding their sound into new epic realms.
