Cammy-Kun Biography
Born and raised in Trinidad, Kwesi Guppy always had an ear for music. He originally wanted to be a poet but after spending afternoons watching Rap City, he chose his path as a musician and never looked back. Cammy-Kun is an experimental/alternative rapper, who’s subject matter is relatable to misfits like himself. His name is based on a script for a manga he is currently working on.
After spending years of developing his craft, he moved to Brooklyn in order to further his career as an artist and the result of it was his first EP called Limited Options. Before it’s released he performed the songs a year before and it was enjoyed by the crowd. On it’s release, it was well complimented by the people who believed in him, and to the people who did not know him. In 2018 Cammy has released a follow up EP called Limited Options 2 Broken Soul.
