Kisbetűs ünnepnapok was formed in 2018 by three high school classmates from Budapest suburbs. Since then, they have managed to find a unique voice with unusual yet traditional rock instrumentation and memorable melodies, but their music is often referred to as "smart", and their main goal is artistic fulfilment rather than the clever use of conventional musical forms. In July 2023, they released their first LP, Édenpark, and were invited to several prestigious Hungarian festivals. The band often go on concert tours around the country in their own right. They play regularly in Budapest, where they have built up an audience of 350 people with the help of social media. Their second album, Az izéből az izé (From The Stuff To The Stuff) will be released on 14 February 2024. It's a reflection of their place in life and especially in the music industry with its lyrics and jazz, Latin and Japanese-influenced music.
