INFEKT Biography
Hailing from Germany and rising from the heart of the underground, INFEKT has become a definitive force in the evolution of modern dubstep. Known for crafting relentless, wonky, and darkly textured basslines, he’s carved out a unique space in the genre — one that challenges convention while igniting dance floors worldwide.
A prodigy in the studio, INFEKT began producing music at just 12 years old, obsessively shaping a sound that pushes boundaries and defies predictability. With a meticulous ear for variation and impact, he’s developed a sonic identity rooted in distortion-heavy drops, unpredictable rhythms, and deep low-end pressure.
Since 2022, INFEKT’s rise has been nothing short of explosive. Backed by electronic music titans like Skrillex, Zeds Dead, Subtronics, Excision, and more, his global presence has grown rapidly — marked by sold-out shows across North America, Europe, and Australia, and standout sets at world-renowned festivals such as Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Rampage, Beyond Wonderland, and HARD Summer.
With a relentless touring schedule, a cult-like international fanbase, and a sound that’s as innovative as it is destructive, INFEKT is more than a name — he’s a movement within bass music, shaping the genre’s future with every track and every set.
