About this concert
Cam Cole is probably the heaviest one-man band in the world, fusing blues, folk, grunge, stoner rock and metal into an unforgettable live experience.
His story so far is that of an incredible journey from the streets of London to stages all around the world. Starting out as a busker on every street corner that he could play on without getting arrested by the local council, Cam’s videos went viral on social media, earning him a loyal fanbase, millions of streams, a cameo in Emmy winning TV show “Ted Lasso” and subsequent tours and festival slots across the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, Canada, Mexico etc., selling out club shows in cities he had never been in before.
Proving that he is more than just a social media phenomenon, Cam has started to conquer screens now too. Not many artists have an Amazon Prime documentary filmed about them, Cam joining those select few that have with the “American Mileage” documentary made about his first USA tour last year. Even TV stations have started paying attention, resulting in Cam performing on “Strictly Come Dancing” winner Chris McCausland’s show on ITV and Rightmove licensing his song “Mama” for their 2025 nationwide campaign, sending Cam’s music into millions of homes across the UK.
Now with hundreds of gigs and 3 albums under his belt, Cam has made the difficult jump from street musician to international touring artist without losing the core of what made him unique in the first place. Still building on the wall of sound he conjures all by himself with just a guitar and his trusty Farmer Footdrums, his live show has expanded in recent months, now incorporating some circus and percussive elements from his crew New Age Collective. All this will be culminating in his most ambitious work yet: His fourth album on the horizon and Cam will be hitting the European venues (and service stations) once more in Fall 2025. Blue Rose Down Biography
Blue Rose Down is raw and uncompromising bastard blues, that hammers through the darkness.
The music is an honest portrayal of the dealings with frustrations, chaos and addictions, that puts the mind at the cutting edge.
With his down tuned resonator guitar, an angry fuzz pedal and a threatening kick drum, Blue Rose Down whips mental slaps out in concert halls, when he takes up the fight against his inner demons which often are triggered by alcohol, self-hatred and earlier explosive relationships.
Blue Rose Down does not suppress his anger, which cuts through when he performs his hymns of anger about pure self-hatred and a bunch of fucks are being thrown towards the commonwealth and those systems that continuously suppress the people in what, supposedly, should be a safe and accepting society.
Blue Rose Down has toured all of Denmark and has supported artists as: Bridge City Sinners, Cam Cole, Charlie Parr, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Soren Andersen, Three For Silver and many more.
In the end of summer 2023 Blue Rose Down released a stripped down acoustic EP ''It Might Get Dark'' in the genre of Outlaw/Dark Country.
