Maureen Freie is a singer-songwriter from Nijverdal, the Netherlands. She describes her music as indie/alternative/dreamy rock. Her biggest inspiration artists are Eloi Youssef and LAKSHMI.
She performs solo or with a band. When Maureen plays with her band, the band consists of: Maureen Freie (vocals, guitar), Rianne van Meurs (bass) and Jaimy Waanders (drums).
Maureen has also released her own music; 'How Can I' is her debut from March 2024 and 'On The Other Side' is her second single that was released at the beginning of 2025.
