Nicco Lupen Biography
Nicco Lupen is an Italian DJ and producer based in Prague. His path in music began at the age of seven, after watching Queen’s legendary Live At Wembley Stadium concert on tape. Starting out on keyboards, he later switched to bass at fourteen, performing in punk and nu metal bands around Milan.
At nineteen, Nicco discovered reggae and dancehall, marking his first step into DJing with vinyl. In 2008 he moved to Barcelona, where he became part of the Luv Messenger and performed across Spain and Europe, including two appearances at Rototom Sunsplash, one of the world’s most important reggae festivals.
Over time, his focus shifted towards electronic music, with house and tech house becoming his main language. Now based in Prague, Nicco is active on the local scene and abroad, known for precise selections, consistent energy, and productions built for the dance floor. His recent projects include a collaboration with Italian producer Romerlin and a catalogue of independent releases that reflect his years of experience and passion for the craft.
