About this concert
We are very happy to welcome back our friends in jazz in the spirit of Christmas. You are treated to ginger bread, lussekatter, glögg and a warm musical Christmas show at the highest level.
The show also is in favor for Räddningsmissionen's work for the homeless.
"The Christmas Feeling" is the Christmas version of Peter Asplund:s "Big band show". New, fresh arrangements of both American and Swedish Christmas classics are performed by Asplund, Göteborg Jazz Orchestra and the guests Vivian Buczek, Linda Pettersson and Emmalisa Hallander.

GÖTEBORG JAZZ ORCHESTRA - GJO - is one of the most exciting movements in Swedish jazz. The big band has made a rocket career and in a short time established on the highest level. In their love to music they always look for new expressions and they attract collaborations with the best musicians - domestic and abroad. They often reach over the genre barriers with new formats. The first Monday every month Göteborg Jazz Orchestra performs under the motto "Jazz is fun!"
GJO promotes jazz music in Göteborg, always plays great music, encouraging young talents and presents interesting guests and themes!
