nolo Biography
After meeting during a stint in drug rehab in
Austin, Texas, the members of nolo quickly
became friends, bonding over shared struggles,
the search for somewhere to call home and the
desire to create. Combining elements of high
energy punk, funky grooves and ear-catching
melodies, the band quickly began working on
music together in 2018 as a way to process the
past and bring meaning to the present. For three
years, nolo has honed their sound and made a
name for themselves performing in and around
Austin; now they are ready to share that unique
sound with everyone.
