About this concert
DECATHECT [dee-kuh-thekt] ;to withdraw one's feelings of attachment from (a person, idea, or object), as in anticipation of a future loss. The Unset are thrilled to announce the arrival of their second ep, 'Decathect'. (Release date October 24) Written and recorded at the end of 2019 at Island Studios, these songs were destined for a 2020 release date. The world however had other ideas... A lockdown ensued and the songs were put aside. Not knowing what to do with them, they sat on a computer as we slowly got back into playing live. The songs morphed in the live setting, evolving into songs we once again felt a connection with. Not wanting the songs to go to waste, some parts were re-recorded and new elements added, transforming them into what they have now become. With a new breath of life, 'Decathect' was born... To help celebrate this release, we are joined by cinematic rockers WE SEE MOONS, grunge revivalists Hello Enemy, and introducing proggy-groove metallers, Red Belly.

A Story of Dedication and Determination
More than just an album, That Thing Over There is a testament to the band’s unwavering commitment to their craft. The record explores the challenges of finding time to create music amidst life’s responsibilities, proving that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Written, recorded, produced, Mixed & Mastered all in-house (with some help, of course) between day jobs and family obligations, this album is the band’s most personal and ambitious project yet.

An Explosive Sound and Unfiltered Emotion
Blending the raw power of 90s grunge with modern intensity, Hello Enemy’s signature sound channels influences like Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, and Nirvana, while carving out a distinct identity of their own. Fans can expect high-energy riffs, thunderous drums, soaring gritty vocals and emotionally charged lyrics that capture the essence of struggle, Lust, anger, perseverance, and triumph.
