Hembadoon

Hembadoon started her singing career in 2002, writing for and singing as parts of groups in the city of Jos, Plateau State of Nigeria. Her music featured on BBC Radio Show “Wetin Dey”, and she performed at Benson & Hedges road shows 2003/2004.
Hembadoon moved on to diversify in Corporate communications & Public Relations, working in Corporate and Entertainment circles for some of Nigeria’s biggest international corporate and musical brands.
In 2020, she relaunched her career with the release of Afro jazz single “Lady”, while also building on it as a global brand. Since her relaunch, she has played on stages in different parts of Nigeria and at Festivals in The Netherlands, Accra Ghana, Yaounde Cameroon and Montreal Canada.
Hembadoon is building a music profile performing on stages in Luxembourg while also hosting a program on Radio ARA called "Afrikulture Mix" which celebrates African Cultures in Luxembourg and its environs. She leads a 7-man ensemble of talented musicians tagged The Lady Force. Her music is conscious Afro fusion and touches on issues of impact especially for women.
