Miranda Love

What a gorgeous, resonant voice! I was across a highway, beside a huge, lapping lake with some wind, and I could hear this maple syrup meets small grits voice clear and true. I had to make my way across the highway and another side street and to the (wonderfully enchanting herb/flower/food gardens) lawns where these lucky Elements diners were being serenaded by a folk-sounding virtuoso. She sang a song called American Honey. That's what she is: mix some badass American traveling adventurer with the mountains and lake of Tahoe and a few other storied stops along the road and the honey of her persona, and a voice that's a gift to Miranda and us all, and voila-- Miranda! I wonder if she wrote some or most of her songs? Alas, I could only stay to hear 3. But the loving devotion evident in her craft and the believable authenticity in the place her songs felt to be coming from made me think she wrote 'em. Elements/Tahoe was so blessed to enjoy Miranda's talent!
