Lavine Biography
Lavine is a Danish indie-pop duo based in Berlin, creating cinematic alt-pop shaped by atmosphere, emotion, and understated intensity. Formed by Emma Geyti and Rasmus Volden, they merge layered synths, haunting vocals, and filmic textures into an intimate yet expansive sound.
Their debut single Wanna Know You (feat. Seye Adelekan of Gorillaz) received international airplay on P6 Beat (DK), Fritz Radio, and ByteFM (DE), and was featured on Spotify’s GSA Fresh Finds for 16 weeks.
The follow-up single Heat Is a Warning (out October 10, 2025) was finished during a residency at Skrova Lighthouse in Lofoten, Northern Norway — amid record-breaking tropical nights under the Arctic midnight sun. Its music video was filmed across Hardangervidda and Lofoten, capturing the song’s theme of overlooked warning signs, both personal and planetary.
Ahead of their debut EP release on December 12, 2025, Lavine will perform as support for Blue Foundation (London, Oslo, Berlin), Cari Cari (Stockholm, Oslo), Isaac Roux (Brussels), and Charlotte OC (Berlin), touring across five countries this fall.
A self-contained project, Lavine writes, produces, and films everything themselves — crafting a world of sound and visuals that blurs the line between dream and reality.
