What About Emily? Biography
What About Emily? is an upcoming duo merging Singer-Songwriter style with Indie-Pop beats. A unique sound, consisting of drums, guitar and vocals, combined with relatable emotions wrapped in self-interpretative lyrics creates an atmosphere of comfortable self-expression.
After playing music together for two years, including a show with Dubai-based singer-songwriter Minova, the duo recorded their first songs at Zonkey Studios as well as Cosmix-Studios.
The first release is a song called ‘Sundress Season’, capturing the essence of spring while reminiscing about lost times. With a captivating hook it became a fan-favorite, being sung by the crowd at every show, even before being recorded.
Until the end of 2025, two more songs will be released (‘Train’ and ‘You proved me wrong’) following their debut single with the same passion.
