Velez

Velez has been a prominent voice in the DMV scene for numerous years as a trumpeter, composer, arranger, vocalist and song writer. His skills have taken him all over the globe on various tours, performed 2x on Tiny Desk (Jessie Reyez and Yaya Bey), currently directs/conducts the Go Go Symphony in DC and has recorded with artists such as Drew Kid, yU, Taisha Estada, NoLa, Brooklyn The Kid, Aleyzza, mynameisntjmack, Projex Santana, Cheakaity, XK Scenario, Cecily, Mikiah, Harry Jay, and many more. He is stepping forward into the next chapter of his solo career and releasing his debut album, "Mistakes Were Made" on September 22nd, 2025. Check out his first single "Tu Sabes" feat.
