MAZIS
MAZIS writes haunting, emotional songs about love, finding one’s place, and the ache of starting anew. After being imprisoned for his movement in Iran, he escaped to the Netherlands. Now an asylum seeker in Utrecht, he is writing an album from an AZC. Creating cinematic music reflecting on dislocation and fire of survival, his sound is unmistakably his own.
