This was a most enjoyable evening! If there would have been more advance notice, I would have rallied more attendees. I love the venue, the location, beer, food truck and the porch were all great! I wish there was more live music at that location. It seemed that many people were not there for the show, and there were lots of kids!
Cliff Dorsey was amazing. I get the feeling that he is poised for a recording contract and will be featured on the CMAs as an up and coming country star. I saw him for the first time on WUFT Amplified, and he was featured with his band. The band adds a lot of talent, but Cliff is obviously the driving force, writing lots of impressive music. He performed his originals interspersed with some covers which were incredibly well done. We are going to try to catch him at another local show, I would really like to see him with the band at Heartwood Soundstage in Gainesville, and I have written them regarding that.
