Macken XII Biography
MACKEN XII alchemize rock music with a shot of energizing synthesizers. The Mexico City group—Jimena “Jimmy” [guitar, lead vocals], David “Dave” [synths, vocals, piano, keytar], and Victor “Leon” [bass]—made a game changing sound with great riffs, unpredictable sensations, big plate beats, and skyrocketing vocals. After exposing their hits in bars of the city, they went popular soon enough, show after another, Macken XII took advantage of this momentum into a series of independent releases, Overture [2023], I Don’tKnow [2023], Despair [2022] before releasing their latest single Mr Rock [2023] Hits that were the favorites of the audience in their shows.
The band continues their unique presence with a growing audience following and supporting legends like The Killers, Guns N’ Roses, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and Metallica.
