She was so much fun. People dancing, smiling, joining in. We will see her on the road again. The band was tight and her vocals are solid. We can't wait to see what else she produces.

Eliza Thorn Biography
With a warm and uninhibited voice, Eliza Thorn is a bright eyed and emergent force, cultivating a characteristic sound. Years of travel and busking have lent an element of grit to her tonality, honing a penchant for honest storytelling in the process.
Her debut album, " Somebody New" is a homage to heartbreak, fever dream tales from the road, and emotional catharsis. Thorn does not hold back from sincere portrayals of self as she unfolds layers of her own vulnerability along the way; hero or villain - she gives us the full story. Alongside her producer and accomplished musician and songwriter, Mose Wilson, the pair made sure to include contemporary country’s star session players. Chris Scruggs, Dennis Crouch, Jeff Taylor, and Nate Leath gracefully traverse through the history-rich sounds of both retro and modern Nashville, giving the album an innovative yet familiar sound.
Thorn tips a proverbial hat to her idols, spanning from Patsy Cline and Bobbie Gentry to Howlin’ Wolf. Her melodic, quirky, and evocative songwriting style cherishes traditional elements from legacy artists while proudly showcasing her fresh approach. At her core, she remains committed to maintaining an authentically playful presentation, both on and offstage, as her debut album takes Music City by storm.
